Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering allows you to secure a highly anticipated or exclusive item before it officially releases. When you place a pre-order, you reserve your spot in line. We will ship the item to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You are charged immediately upon placing the order to guarantee your reservation.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders can be canceled prior to the item arriving at our facility. However, non-refundable deposits made at checkout will not be returned.
Why was my pre-order delayed?
Release dates are estimated by manufacturers and may change due to production delays, shipping congestion, or licensing issues. We update product pages as soon as we receive new timelines.
Shipping & Packaging
How do you package items? I am an in-box collector.
We are collectors too. Every item is inspected and securely packaged with bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure display-ready condition upon arrival.
Do you offer Hold or Combine Shipping?
Yes! You can request us to hold items in your warehouse account and combine shipments later to save on shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Products & Exclusives
Are your products authentic?
100% yes. Poptopia is an authorized retailer. All items come directly from official manufacturers and distributors.
What is a “Poptopia Exclusive”?
A limited-edition collectible made specifically for our store, featuring unique variants, paint jobs, or accessories not available elsewhere.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Standard items may be restocked while production continues. Limited Editions and Exclusives are typically gone once sold out.
Returns & Damages
What is your return policy?
We accept unopened, factory-sealed returns within 20 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it is our error.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact support within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll assist with replacement, exchange, or refund.
Note on Minor Flaws
Minor shelf wear, scuffs, or packaging creases can occur during manufacturing and are not considered defects.
