By completing your purchase with Poptopia you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pop Box and Paint Job Imperfections

At Poptopia we strive to provide our customers with the best possible item available. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or imperfections. We do not have a mint box/paint job guarantee. There is a possibility that your item may have minor shelf wear, fading, creasing, or other MINOR imperfections. If there is any major damage to an item it will be listed under our damaged box category with pictures showing the damage of each individual item.

Pre Orders

All pre orders are charged immediately. Pre order items must be purchased separately from in stock items. If there is an order with both in stock and pre order items the pre order items will be removed from your order. Pre orders are shipped out on a first come first serve basis. If your order contains multiple pre orders with different release dates it will be shipped when ALL items are available. We cannot provide an exact release date for pre order items. Please allow up to 90 days from the estimated release date to receive your pre order. If it takes longer than 90 days from the estimated release or 180 days from the date of purchase to fulfill your order you will be refunded in full. If you want to cancel your pre order there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Chase/Damaged Items

We have a strict no return policy for any items that have a chase variant and items listed under the damaged section. All these items are final sale.

Shipping

All in stock items are shipped out from our warehouse in New Jersey within 1-2 business days of purchase. Items are shipped out via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information is provided for every order.

Incorrect Address & Refused Packages

If an incorrect shipping address is provided or a package is refused there will be a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please make sure to double check your shipping information before completing your order to avoid this from happening. Once an item has been shipped we cannot make any changes to the shipping address provided. If you think you made an error with your shipping information please try and contact us within a couple of hours of completing your order. We try to ship out as soon as possible so there is only a small time frame that changes can be made to shipping information.

Damage During Shipping

We do not offer refunds for damage incurred during shipping. We make sure we do not send out damaged items (unless damage is stated) and we package our items with great care. Items are shipped in Uline 200lb test boxes (stronger than average shipping boxes), wrapped in bubble wrap, and all shipping boxes have a fragile/handle with care sticker on them. We are not responsible for mishandling of packages by USPS. For more information check out the “How we ship” section.

Returns

Thanks for shopping at PoPToPia.us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return your order for any reason within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for paying return shipping on your order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a refund. Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment.

For your own safety we recommend using USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. For a full refund your item must be in the same condition as it was sent.
